Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth Coaching:
Reporting and Outcomes

Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth Coaching Reports and Results

Measuring participation, engagement and program results is critical to evaluating the value of wellness programs. Organizations utilizing Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth Coaching receive reports detailing all aspects of program results — broken out by program module and health risk category. Outcome measurements report on satisfaction, self-efficacy, behavior change and health care decision-making change.

Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth Coaching programs utilize a proprietary database, tracking participants from the first call. At each follow-up call, the counselor records key health and behavior change status information into the database. Reports are customized to meet your needs and may include:

  • Length of time to enroll following HRA completion
  • Call summary and enrollment rate
  • Members enrolled
  • Referral to other employee resources
  • Stage of program completion
  • Self-reported outcomes
  • Program impact (i.e., summary of key findings and average reduction in health risks)
  • Participant comments

We will work with you to determine the report frequency that will best meet your needs. A typical schedule includes weekly or monthly enrollment updates, quarterly outcome reports and annual satisfaction reports.
